Deliveries and returns


Delivery in most cases is by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery. This means that a signature is required on delivery. Orders are processed the next working day after your order is placed. If your order is quite heavy then it will be sent by Parcelforce or a similar courier..

Our intention is to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible. On rare occasions there may be a reason for a delay in delivery, if for any reason this occurs we will contact you be email at the earliest possible opportunity to advise you.

All items for sale on this website are brand new and unopened. We do not deal in second hand or 'seconds' qualities. 


 If an item is found to be faulty on delivery then please contact us immediately to allow us to rectify the matter.

If you order an item by mistake (for example you order the wrong size), we can replace it with the correct size providing that it is returned to us unopened and in a resaleable condition. We cannot refund your return postage costs.

Due to the hygiene reasons we cannot send items out on approval to try them. Any returned items must be unopened to enable us to refund the purchase and resell the item again. Any items returned that have been opened cannot be refunded.

Cancellation - You are entitled to cancel your order at any time prior to delivery, just let us know if you have changed your mind or no longer require the item. We can then cancel your order and refund you.

A returns number is not required, simply confirm by email to that your are returning an item to us and the reason for the return and then send the unopened item in its intact packaging to
